1. We will quote you a price with all fees and taxes included.
2. We will provide you with several details so you are not buying in the dark.
3. Once we make you an acceptable offer, we will request your billing information.
4. Your personal information will not be distributed in order to protect your privacy.
5. After you confirm the offer we will make a reservation under your name only if the quoted price is still available.
6. We reserve the right to adjust the commission at the time of booking if prices have changed, but we will never exceed the total amount quoted to you.
7. We will take our commission only if the reservation is made successfully.
8. Once the reservation is made, we will no longer be able to make changes, or to offer a refund. You will have to get in touch directly with the airline, hotel, car rental company, or third party, which billed you.
9. You will incur two separate charges: one for the reservation, and one for the commission (via PayPal)
